Terms of Service
ScribiAi provides lecture capture, transcription, AI-assisted study generation, and organization tools for educational workflows. The operator and contract party must match the legal entity shown in the imprint.
You may only use the service with content you are authorized to record, upload, transform, process, or share. You remain responsible for permissions, confidentiality obligations, academic rules, and third-party rights.
You must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, fraud, rights infringement, malware, abusive automation, or academic misconduct.
Prices, billing cycles, included usage, renewal terms, trial periods, cancellation flow, and any applicable consumer withdrawal information must be shown clearly in the checkout and order flow that the customer sees before purchase.
We may apply plan limits, moderation rules, suspension measures, rate limits, and abuse-prevention safeguards to protect reliability, quality, users, and platform security.
AI outputs are assistive only. You remain responsible for checking them before relying on them academically, professionally, medically, financially, or legally.
If you sell to EU consumers, your final terms should be reviewed together with your checkout wording, refund policy, withdrawal handling, tax setup, and subscription disclosures before launch.
This page is a stronger launch template, but it still requires review by qualified legal counsel before public commercial release.
